Fast Feedback

The Fast Feedback Team (FFT) is made up of 17 volunteer Patient and Family Advisors located across Nova Scotia. This group is available to provide feedback on time sensitive decisions within Nova Scotia Health (NSH). NSH staff can submit requests to the FFT via the Staff Submission Form below.

  • The Valley Regional Hospital is seeking feedback on two pamphlets. The purpose of these pamphlets is to help patients prepare for surgery. The hospital wants to make sure both pamphlets are clear, helpful, and easy for patients, families and caregivers to understand.   • Our Public Health Mobile Unit offers optional feedback surveys to clients during their post-vaccination recovery period. Clients complete paper surveys with staff support available as needed. Survey results are tabulated monthly and annually and are used to inform quality improvement efforts and program planning. We've revised our survey and are looking for feedback on the new version. This feedback will help us finalize the new Post-Immunization Client Survey to better support quality improvement and program planning.
